Elsa, I've come back to these photos again and again. Finally tonight I just decided to transfer one to be my desk top image. During the 18 years we were there those early spring (or late fall) scenes of hundreds of geese planning their travels just drew me in again and again.
There are several places between here (Woodburn) and the Damascus/Clackamas area (where my son's business and home is) where I often observe Canadian Geese, spring or fall, using beautiful sheltered areas as momentary resting or feeding stops.
The photography you and Hannah share is so beautifully done.
